Wales fans attending next month’s Men’s Hockey World Cup in Rourkela and Bhubaneswar will face a grueling NINE hour round trip just to watch the games, The Hockey Diary can reveal.
A group of 17 Welsh supporters say a lack of hotels in Rourkela has forced the hardened party to book rooms 100 miles away in Ranchi and catch an overnight train to attend matches.
